About the company

Performance Energy Advisors was founded on the belief that we can provide a high value, cost effective service to our customers that will enable them to save money and at the same time, enjoy a more comfortable, healthier, safer and more environmentally friendly lifestyle.  Our approach to meet this objective is through Conservation, Building Science and finally Energy Independence.  We are part of the Home Performance industry and are affiliated with the U.S. DOE, Home Performance with Energy Star program through HomeFree Nevada.  Our auditors are also BPI certified and HERS Raters certified by RESNET.  These are the two primary certifications for building science professionals and require extensive training.  As independent third party auditors, we do not have a vested interest in recommending expensive improvements that may not be in our clients' financial best interest.  Often, our top recommendations are no and low cost options.
